Rapeseed honey
Rapeseed honey is the very first honey we get from winter rapeseed at the end of May. Refers to light varieties of flower honey. Easy for human absorption, low risk of allergic reactions. In its pure form (without admixture of nectar of other plants), it has a pleasant, not sugary-sweet taste with an interesting aftertaste (linseed oil). The aroma is weak, floral. The consistency is fine-grained, creamy. The color of liquid honey is colorless, transparent with a greenish tint, in crystallized form it is white.
