Terms of return and exchange.
According to the "Consumer Protection Act", customers of our store have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from us within 14 days of purchase.
Return and exchange is carried out only once if the product was not in use, the purchase has a marketable appearance and consumption properties, the kit retains undamaged box, seals, factory stickers.
The following are not refundable:
- unpackaged products,
- products with complete or partial damage to the packaging.
Upon receipt of the order, make sure that the delivered goods correspond to your order. If you do not like the look, you have the right to cancel the purchase. The goods cannot be returned after at least one use or damage to the packaging.
